DH Pace Company, Inc aspires to hire an Administrative Support Representative in Special Markets team in our Olathe, KS office! This individual will be responsible for all administrative aspects of a project as well as assisting with service.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Sales Order creation

  • Material Ordering

  • Purchase Order management (creation, follow up, invoicing assistance)

  • Generating reports for meetings, taking notes and updating per meeting progress

  • Project and Service billing

  • Material returns

  • Assist with inventory

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Two(2) years of administrative experience, project management, construction, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Computer proficient
