To be a top performer in this role you will need to be ready to use a wide range of agile innovation methodologies and tools. We work in agile sprints, and you will work with cross-functional teams from around the world. You will lead global projects, so experience working with other countries and cultures will help.
What are we looking for?
I t would assist if you have had experience in working within 'agile' teams, however it isn't mandatory. An agile mindset however is a MUST! Y ou will need to be able to identify winning concepts early and reliably, as well as killing poor ideas quickly. All of your recommendations will be anchored in deep human insight.
You will need to leverage both your passion and your research expertise to effectively execute a wide range of innovation experiments across the total Innovation funnel, from exploration, to validation of ideas and concepts, to in-market test & learns.
You will ideally have:
Degree in Marketing / Consumer/Shopper Insights / Market Research or related field
5+ years' experience in Innovation and/or consumer/shopper insights and market research
2+ years experience within the CPG industry
Experience across multiple markets/cultures globally preferred
Key Competencies/Capabilities you will need to have mastered include: Cultivates Innovation, Manages Ambiguity, Collaborates, Communicates Effectively, Nimble learning, Balances Stakeholders.
