Responsibilities

Works on technology-based projects using Agile methodologies in collaboration with other systems divisions. Collaborate with developers and customers on a daily basis during agile projects. Provides business and systems analysis support for projects collaborating with customers and developers to identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processes. In agile projects, facilitate and drive requirements clarification via standard techniques such as lean driven task/workflow analysis to identify epics and breakdown epics into stories with acceptance test criteria to be used to drive iterations. Assure all documented requirements and acceptance test criteria are transparent to the whole team. On agile projects during swarming", be open to taking on new tasks to bring the team back on track. Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Conducts systems analysis to determine data needs and technical recommendations. Leads the application testing process to verify business and systems requirements are met through development of acceptance test criteria and validating those criteria in the system. Hands on leading/facilitating the execution of all test cases and sharing of the test results and trends. Owns the creation and management of project artifacts for the clients Systems Development Methodology, Agile Methodology and/or other team deliverables. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Writing/eliciting Epics and decomposing them into User Stories sized appropriately for the iteration. Recognizing and using common repeatable patterns to estimate epics and/or stories. Creating acceptance test criteria and managing the end-to-end testing process. Experience writing automated test scripts a plus.

Full stack development experience a plus.


Qualifications

Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5 - 7 years of experience, or a Master's and 3 to 5 years of experience.

TS/SCI Cleared

Preferred:

AGILE experience

DoD DevSecOps experience

Python development experience
