The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.

What will I be doing:

As the Analyst, Hotel Owned Digital Strategy & Support, you will support the day-to-day execution of the team's strategic priorities across our portfolio of almost 6,500 hotels globally, focusing on scalable, hotel-centric solutions. You will help define and optimize issues management processes and provide technical support across our social, SEO, content, tools, and digital marketing verticals as appropriate. In addition, you will work closely and as needed with key partners across the Marketing & Loyalty organization to ensure the efficient operation of new initiatives that impact hotel team members. You will report to the Director, Global Hotel Strategy & Support.

More specifically, you will:

  • Establish and maintain hotel support solutions for relevant channels, including processing tickets (approximately 20 hours per week), maintaining associated guides, training internal partners, and providing connections to external solutions as needed, with an eye for ongoing optimization to drive more efficient solutions
  • Partner with channel owners to provide technical platform/tools guidance to the hotel and corporate Team Members across Hilton's complete brand portfolio
  • Maintain our self-service platform for social media support and education, including content management and communication.
  • Run hotel communication points of contact, including online forums and inboxes, in support of the team's initiative
  • Establish positive relationships across the organization, including Marketing & Loyalty, Legal, Corporate Communications and hotel partners
  • Contribute to performance reports covering relevant initiatives and projects.

  • In-depth understanding of major social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Understanding of online reputation management as it pertains to social media and review sites (Google, Trip Advisor, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with partners clearly and concisely at varying degrees of seniority (both verbally and written)
  • Motivated self-starter with high integrity, passion, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to run multiple projects at a time
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the initiative to resolve issues quickly and seek opportunities to improve existing processes
  • A team approach with the ability to build positive relationships, exhibit tact, and earn trust
  • A genuine passion for travel, hospitality, and providing outstanding customer service

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field
  • One (1) year working on a cross-functional project team to optimally drive desired outcomes
  • One (1) year experience working with an external vendor/partner
  • One (1) year experience supporting new processes and protocols management

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management software (SMMS)
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Experience with online review sites (Google, Trip Advisor, etc.)
  • Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
