The Application Specialist - Banking Digital Transformation Program is an entry to mid-level position and serves as implementation and program support for our growing portfolio of Digital Banking applications. Works closely with Business line stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers. Assist with coordinating strategic and technical efforts impacting the successful implementation and performance of assigned applications.
This role assists IT Banking application support teams in implementing change and configuration management, including testing and defect management relating to new product implementations, development releases, upgrades, patches, and other system maintenance as required. Develop an understanding of each digital application's interdependencies with other applications and infrastructure both internally and outside the corporate network.
The position requires the ability to work cross-functionally to problem solve, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, good interpersonal communication, project management abilities and self-motivation. Ongoing knowledge of current and changing business and technological environments, trends and strategy is also important to success.
