The Role

Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Associate Manager duties include supporting the Brand Marketing Department in strategic development and day-to-day implementation of the organic social media approach for the brand across all existing social channels and emerging platforms. Plans devised must contribute to catalyzing commercial and brand orientated strategic goals, be channel specific and constantly led by consumer insights.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Help develop and implement social media strategy, campaign and tactical plans to support our line of business (e.g. Mens, Womens) to drive consumers toward the path of purchase and meet our social media KPIs.
  • 2. Own organic social media calendar with alignment from Digital Marketing Manager, agency partner, and internal teams. Responsible for regular optimizations based on performance, product availability, and trending content opportunities.
  • 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., NA Media, PR, Ecomm) to align on large product marketing launches, brand/cultural moments, and commercial holidays and roll out 360 omni-channel marketing initiatives across all digital channels.
  • 4. Drive channel specific, targeted content creation for social accounts across inclusive of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and emerging platforms.
  • 5. Work with internal teams to develop and implement influencer campaigns to increase reach of individual campaigns and drive brand awareness and consideration with our target consumer.
  • 6. Write clear and concise organic and paid social media copy that brings our brand voice to life in a way that connects with our target consumer and presents the brand as part of the broader conversation on social media.
  • 7. Work with agency partner to track and report performance of social media programs to establish best practices, while comparing against internal and industry benchmarks. Create the internal monthly report based on insights and analytics shared by the agency. Adapt information for the internal, non-social focused audience to educate them on current performance, industry trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • 8. Identify trends, user generated content, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the social media space, to help increase our brands share of voice and sustain brand affinity and loyalty.
  • 9. Maintain awareness and understanding of emerging social media platforms and best-in-class tactics being used by other brands, and look for opportunities to innovate and develop existing communities.
  • 10. Manage Pixlee curation process, ensuring influencer and UGC content is utilized across the UGG website in a way that enhances the consumer journey and is reflective of the UGG brand aesthetic.

  • Experience crafting social media calendars for brands, inclusive of adapting in real time as needed

  • Top-tier social acumen, a deep and detailed understanding of the intricoes of the social media platforms and where theyre headed.
