Overview

Support laboratory management systems and tools for a Fortune 200 company with some of the most iconic brands! Do you have experience using Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Biovia (Dassault Software), or CisPro? Are you technologically savvy? Do you have experience leading projects? If so, we want to speak with you!

Regulatory Quality Compliance Infrastructure is seeking an Associate Manager to join our team. This position can be fully remote or based in Richmond, VA.

What you will be doing:

- Work with ALCS partners and project teams to identify, develop, and test system requirements and enhancements for new and existing software

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and technical resource on cross-functional and project teams.

- Plan and lead organizational change management and training activities to support organizational readiness for projects and initiatives

- Provide input in the development of project scope and schedule; assist in identifying necessary resources for system-related projects; support validation and integration testing of new system elements.

- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training on applicable systems/business processes as needed. Support department Super-Users. Serve as Administrator for applicable systems.

- Develop quality management processes, procedures, and tools to support system governance and compliance activities

- Establish, lead, and/or participate on cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues

- Conduct research on opportunities for process improvements; recommend alternatives and implement solutions.

- Provide input into strategic plans to strengthen compliance, productivity and/or innovation.

What we want you to have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology, or other related field is preferred.

- Degreed candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in developing business processes and data management tools, operations research, or system development. Candidates with no degree and 10 years of experience in one of these areas will be considered.

- Strong Excel skills are required.

- Competency in a basic computer programming language and database development is preferred.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and a demonstrated ability in successfully prioritizing and completing multiple requests and timelines.

- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to complex problems; strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience in developing presentation materials and presenting information and ideas to cross-functional department management.
