This individual will be a passionate, detail oriented, creative teammate who possesses strong negotiation skills that are supported by a win/win mindset and approach. This individual will have a strong appreciation and understanding of our business model, culture and Code of Conduct. They will embrace the understanding that our PCs are the heart of our business, and drive for results that support our Profit Centers success. This person will establish themselves as a trusted and respected industry leader. She/he will add maximum value for Hajoca by successfully negotiating and managing best in class Vendor Programs (e.g. Rebates, Payment Terms, Freight Terms, Restocking Fees, Growth Goals...). To maximize effectiveness in the role, this individual will maintain healthy and mutually beneficial vendor relationships and be expected to represent Hajoca in a professional and ethical way that epitomizes who we are and what we stand for. This person should have extensive knowledge on supply channel dynamics. Primary duties will include responsibility for the negotiation, management, communication, and administration of all program/rebate agreements for a defined group of vendors
