The Bank Operations, Manager is accountable for executing a daily pipeline of work, and ensure all employees meet all accuracy and completeness of tasks/targets per predetermined SLAs. The incumbent will be a change agent by leading and partnering with other departments within and outside of Bank Operations on projects, process changes and automation opportunities. The incumbent will also lead a team of Bank Operations Specialists and provide direct coaching, mentoring, training and career development to all direct reports.

  • Assists with the development and rollout of process guidelines and policies for Bank Operations.
  • Encourages new ideas from the team members and drives change by proactively making recommendations for improvement within and across teams.
  • Collaborates with operational excellence and business process improvement teams.
  • Escalations and Problem Solving: Partners with other Bank Operations departments to provide best in class customer service to our internal customers.
  • Leadership: Creates a high performing team by providing training, coaching, career development opportunities and feedback to all direct reports. Advocates for an inclusive environment, ensuring everyone has a voice.

  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bank Operations and People Management experience required
