  • Provides superior guest service, and positive interactions with guests and employees.
  • Responsible for complete and accurate set-up and breakdown of all catering/banquet functions in a timely manner including fixtures, accessories, glassware, tableware, and other supplies.
  • Clean up and secure banquet equipment.
  • Assure the efficient smooth serving of a large quantity of guests in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer requests for food, beverages, etc.
  • Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Physical Demands: Requires an adequate range of body motion and mobility, with or without accommodation.

    • Must be able to bend, lift, walk, stand, and twist as required
    • Pulling/ Pushing: Up to 500lbs.
    • Availability to work scheduled workdays, 7 days a week with varied hours.

    Mental Demands:

    • Ability to cope with the stress of a high pace environment.
    • Works with little need for guidance or reliance on oral or written instruction.
    • Performs respective routine tasks , by variable demands and changing conditions.
    • Must relay simple information orally.
    • Must be able to take initiative.
    • Must be able to work in various work conditions.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Able to prioritize appropriately.

    Work Environment:

    • High-paced work environment.
    • Interaction with internal and external guests.
    • Smoke exposure
    • Loud Noise, and variable lighting situations

    Education: None Required

    Training/Experience: Serving experience is preferred but not required.

    Job Knowledge: None Required


    • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification(s).
    • Must complete all required company training.
    • Tips Training Certificate required after hired.

    The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Banquet Server is responsible for serving guests in assigned outlets. This also includes setting and tearing down events when required.
