Standard work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hour. Weekend work is common.

Review production schedule to coordinate production to be made
Plan batches needed to meet the daily production schedule and calculate pounds of cheese and cream blend
Use current batching techniques for designated product. Document batch sizes and ingredients needed.
Adjust set pump temperature to maintain designated cheese temperature in kettles and surge tanks.
Store batching ingredients in their designated location and maintain these areas to GMP standards.
Operate the batching room panel, set pump controls, the packaging room panel.
Enter the correct inventory data utilizing the OPM system.
Operate forklift & standing walk lift to stage correct ingredients for producing product.
Complete all paperwork associated with equipment settings, products produced and work performed, in a clear and legible manner.
Additional duties may include but are not limited to start ups, CIP, COP and various cleaning functions.
Stage ingredients as scheduled and maintain separation of allergens.
Remove all ingredients from room and store in designated areas before CIP program starts.
Complete Master Sanitation Schedule on time.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) recipient
Six to twelve months related machine operating experience and/or training
Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience, preferred in food or beverage industries
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with minimal supervision
Mechanically inclined
Self-motivated, detail orientated individual who possesses a results-oriented mindset
One who works well in a team environment and has a proactive "can-do" mentality
Basic math skills and reading comprehension
