Alternative Behavior Strategies - TX
Alternative Behavior Strategies has an exciting BCBA Recruiter opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who wants to work from home! This is a new position due to rapid expansion so we are looking for a dynamic individual who can successfully recruit BCBAs to a designated market.
Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Full-cycle recruiting for BCBAs in a designated area.
- Work closely with operations team to identify and fill staffing needs
- Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track your candidates' activities and job postings

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years healthcare recruiting experience with a strong preference for prior BCBA recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of G-suite, Microsoft Office
- Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System
- Bachelors degree
