Intertek's Industry Services team provides technical solutions that help customers maximize operational efficiency, ensure asset reliability, improve quality, and minimize safety risks. Some of our many service areas include inspection, non-destructive and materials testing, technical training, engineering, surveying, QA/QC, and supplier auditing.

This position is responsible for creating accurate and efficient customer billing. The candidate will have a solid understanding of our company business model in the markets assigned, and internal overall invoicing process flow in order to provide the best end product to our customers, both internal and external. In addition, the candidate will have a solid and clear understanding of their assigned responsibilities and ensure that billing for their clients is accurate and completed within the monthly deadlines. The candidate will handle all communication regarding any billing invoice discrepancies with their operational contacts to resolve issues timely.

This will be a full-time position located at our office in Spring, Texas.

Primary Focus

• Coordinate with operational contacts to ensure all billing and collection issues are addressed for their area.
• Ensure accurate and efficient billing invoice creation and distribution.
• Support other teams as needs arise in order to meet deadlines and departmental goals.
• esolve and/or communicate all billing invoice exceptions with the intention to resolve for assigned customers.
• Actively manage with a working knowledge of all assigned customer requirements as it relates to billing.
