Royal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager who is committed to maintaining an engaged, high performing team dedicated to improving the financial wellness of our members! In this role, you are a player and coach, overseeing branch operations, managing team member performance, and driving growth performance, all while maintaining an operationally sound and efficient branch. You are responsible for guiding and directing the daily workflow to promote a differentiating member experience and are a resource for product/service skill development team members.

Required Experience/Skills:

Minimum of four years working in financial services with a minimum of 2 years experience working with new accounts, loans and loan processing or equivalent loan related experience.

Minimum of two years supervisory experience.

Minimum of three years leadership experience.

Ability to perform a full range of managerial duties of a branch including adherence to all policies, procedures, security and credit union compliance.

Ability to evaluate branch growth opportunities by utilizing reports, operating statements, loan reviews and marketing.

Ability to proactively assess risks and inefficiencies to improve branch operations.

Proven experience Supervising, leading and mentoring team members to achieve service and sales expectations.

Desire to network within communities to grow and attract new business.

Ability to build and maintain working relationships to increase visibility and volunteer opportunities.

Experience with building strong working relationships and communication with peers and supervisors to grow, develop and mentor one another for the benefit of the organization.

Ability to communicate and live Royal Credit Union's core purpose, values and organizational culture daily.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

Associate and/or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.

FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) OR other approved financial counseling certification.

Two years of Royal Credit Union experience.

Work Schedule:

This is a full time, exempt level position. Work schedule will vary with the hours of the branch.
