Branch Resource Center Analyst

As a Field Support Analyst you are accountable for:

  • Ownership of inquiries reported to the BRC by field and home office customers on assigned lines of business/products, associated systems, workflows and processes. Includes opening, analyzing and collaborating with others on inquiries through to successful resolution.

  • Demonstrating proficiency in assigned systems, etc by acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the customer, resolving problems and answering questions.

  • Adhering to BRC service goal framework and using BRC processes and tools, such as Service Manager ticketing system, remote tool, Cisco phone routing system and BRC Mailbox process.

  • Acting as field advocate, analyzing problems appropriately for field impact, communicating and collaborating with other Home Office SMEs to drive to resolution of issues.

  • Effectively communicating complex technical information to customers. For example, updates and resolutions of inquiries.

  • Flexibility to work any shift M-F during the hours of 7am-7pm EST

  • Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary based on business need

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Hands on experience with Commercial Products and related systems, workflow and process.

  • Strong communication/listening skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to achieve results.

  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.

  • Strong sense of individual ownership and accountability clearly focused on excellent service to the field.

  • Strong complex problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work through the problem resolution process to a successful conclusion.

  • Strong knowledge of field organization structure and high level workflows.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous operations, training and/or organizational work experience to support the above functions.

  • Familiarity with Chubb's Branch, Underwriting Center, Processing Centers and/or home office environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of property and casualty commercial insurance products, transaction processing flow, and systems functionality.
