Summary

The Enterprise Value Management team within the Finance/Seed Organization is at the forefront of analyzing and providing actionable insights which will accelerate Cigna's enterprise strategy implementation, with the goal of accelerating value for external stakeholders and creating continuous efficiency and effectiveness internally. Actionable analysis and insights enable decision making for all stakeholders including executives, senior, and working level leaders.

This role is responsible for:

  • Support the ongoing management of an end to end value framework that supports planning, strategy and execution and enables decision making across the growth engines.
  • Provide analytic insights and recommendations to influence business strategy in partnership with business partners

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the establishment and creation of the enterprise value management framework and tools to drive consistency and accountability
  • Create complex financial models to support senior leadership through portfolio prioritization and other ad hoc requests
  • Execute and apply advanced analytical techniques to deploy robust valuation improvements focused on capacity, value, and performance
  • Provide customized and prescriptive insights and dashboards to Executives, Senior Leaders and Working Level Leaders to empower insight driven decision making
  • Manage, support, and partner with other Enterprise Value Management team members through the capital deployment and enterprise portfolio refresh process
  • Communicate with transparency and consistency with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Degree in Business, HealthCare or other related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in finance, accounting, actuarial management or similar field
  • Experience working with management process under Agile delivery model
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex information and draw relevant conclusions
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and quickly adapt to change in focus or priorities
  • Ability to think strategically, drive results and implement tactically
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling and proficient in use of database tools (Excel/ Access)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills with ability to convey complex and technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Influence, gain acceptance and work well with matrix partners

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,500 - 150,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
