Business Control Specialist

**Job Description:**
The Business Control Specialist role provides analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within an internal control environment for Treasury Card Fulfillment & Servicing to implement a more robust risk framework and quality assurance program.
Responsibilities include:
Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans
Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management
Actively review/test transactional activities to identify issues, trends and/or errors and compile results for integration into overall Enhanced Control program
Requirements:
" Prior experience in testing
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a very detailed and efficient manner
Ability to manage concurrent activities
Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing bank risk with client needs and satisfaction
Strong communication skills
" Experience in a Quality Assurance or oversight role
Incumbents typically have risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
