Job Profile
As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist (Communications Specialist) within PNC's Technology Infrastructure Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
You will work with a team to gather critical event, program and project details while utilizing various channels to effectively communicate across the enterprise.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your relationship building skills and partner with various teams across the organization to create communication plans pertaining to strategic initiatives and segment oriented activities. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, scheduling and publishing content on a daily basis, while ensuring messaging aligns with overall team priorities. You will work closely with the TIS Communications team to collaborate on new ideas and ways of working.
Additionally, you will help with event planning logistics for numerous events sponsored by Technology Infrastructure Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, produces and consults on a variety of internal communications and events such as town hall meetings, presentations, newsletters and executive communications.
Works with program and project stakeholders to translate highly technical documents and is responsible for creating and distributing communications for a various audiences.
Plans, researches, and develops content for increasingly complex communications initiatives.
Ensure all communications have consistent messaging and align with strategic priorities.
Identifies opportunities to communicate and partners to ensure content is clear, concise and accurate.
Participates on project teams, influences outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate.
Analyzes survey data and processes to improve future communications and team efficiency.
Use of collaboration tools and communication forums such as Jira, Confluence and Mattermost to facilitate messaging, team transparency, tasks, review/approvals and content updates.
