- College Degree in business related field preferred.
Experience - Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare required.
- Experience with cash posting/reconciliation/accounting preferred.
License/Certifications
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities - Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel/Word programs.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Requires the ability to exercise independent problem solving skills, oversee and meet productivity and department goals. Manage job priorities in a self-directed manner.

Responsible for working with team to ensure 835's and lockbox files have processed daily. - Responsible for working with finance and account balancing staff to ensure we reconcile daily.
- Supervises our unassigned cash accounts.
- Supervises manual postings.
- Responsible for assisting with payer enrollments.
