      • Recruits and retain top talent.
      • Facilitates training of new staff.
      • Develop and maintain department procedures.
      • Creates environment for giving and receiving feedback.
      • Rewards and recognizes staff of their achievements.
      • Promotes Teamwork.
    • Operations.

      • Responsible for working with team to ensure 835's and lockbox files have processed daily.
      • Responsible for working with finance and account balancing staff to ensure we reconcile daily.
      • Supervises our unassigned cash accounts.
      • Supervises manual postings.
      • Responsible for assisting with payer enrollments.
