Business Project Analyst - Reporting and Data Analytics

Financial Enablement and Analysis team functions as a centralized analytics area to support financial reporting and case accuracy across products, markets and segments. The team collaborates with a broad matrix of business partners, including FIRM production, accounting, finance, and underwriting teams to ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of results.


  • Oversee Monthly execution of Alteryx workflows and ensure accuracy of published results.
  • Responsible for data publishing controls on downstream processes and ensuring accuracy of the results.
  • Evaluate process improvement opportunities to streamline and automate reporting deliverables
  • Facilitate refinement sessions and author necessary documentation (business rules, data needs, mappings, analysis, initial options for high level design, user stories, etc) and knowledge transfer sessions with all scrum teams
  • Responsible for the continued maintenance of Finance Mapping in response to business changes. Collaborate with matrix partners to resolve discrepancies and identify areas of improvement.
  • Design Alteryx workflows and/or Tableau reports in accordance with business reporting requirements to support a standardized reporting solution model.
  • Support and collaborate with stakeholder teams on ad hoc analytic inquiries - e.g. data analytics supporting investor day or other business / leadership inquiries.
  • Collaborate with peers and supports a culture of learning and cross-training


  • Experience with BI Reporting and data manipulation tools (eg. Tableau and Alteryx)
  • Data analysis and data mining experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and reporting standards
  • Highly developed organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to:

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 67,100 - 111,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
