Overview
Information Technology (IT) is looking for an Business Relationship Management (BRM) Specialist to join our team and to foster dialogue and facilitate collaboration between multiple partners and technical experts. The IT BRM Specialist will continue building relationships with our partners and operate as the voice of the customer. You will report to an IT senior manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term, strategic relationships with partners. Act internally to IT as the voice of the business, identifying gaps and opportunities for new capabilities, new products or new services.
  • Manage IT demand management process.
  • Exhibit full understanding of IT portfolio, latest technology trends and provide high value IT consultation to partners.
  • Interpret business justifications for new demand and collaborate with technical teams, developers, business analysts, UX and internal service providers to make certain a close agreement of outcomes with pre-defined value.
  • Coordinate with service providers throughout our organization to communicate, influence, share requirements, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise programs.
  • Make use of research, industry best practices, metrics and analysis to understand trends. Report on performance, statuses of work, and value contribution of IT activities. Manage BRM-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years relevant experience (e.g., business or customer relationship management, or IT business analysis).
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
  • Connect relevant technologies as potential solutions to business problems using practical and efficient methods.
  • Must exhibit a collaborative style and be able to share technical ideas and approaches with others.
  • All Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including receiving a COVID-19 booster when eligible, unless the Bank grants an accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.

Salary: $90,000 - $112,000
