We are looking for a Business Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving significant progress in some of the key areas of the business, with high exposure to key business leaders.

The position will focus on driving the execution for our strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the leaders across functions, and the ideal candidate would have a background in internal or external consulting in the high-tech sector, or proven success working in a business strategy/operations role.

Responsibilities:

Own business management projects for Aruba leadership (including internal and external QBRs, monthly/weekly leadership meetings)

Structure and manage all aspects of a workstream (e.g., objectives, scope, plans/ scorecards, cross-functional engagement, problem solving, documentation, syndication, etc.)

Develop fact-based recommendations and drive implementation of recommended solutions (when appropriate)

Conduct rigorous, data-driven analysis to build recommendations

Drive fact-based decision making

Maintain full ownership of the work and work successfully with a highest-degree of autonomy

Work effectively with critical stakeholders, ready to engage with other key stakeholders of the company in a humble and productive way

Work with-in cross-functional environments in delivering business results

Demonstrate high level of maturity and sensitivity in handling company confidential information

Required:

Bachelor degree or MBA (or equivalent) degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience

Relevant experience includes:

Proven experience with Business or Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Business Management or Management Consulting

Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into relevant program/project structure

Ability to independently draft project deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies

Ability to drive the work while at the same time being perceived as a partner to supported teams

Ability to effectively communicate abstract ideas and independently manage complex project objectives within a workstream

Strong communication, group facilitation, interviewing, consensus building and influencing skills

Strong competence in developing and managing relationships, including partnering and consulting

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Proven and demonstrated high level of maturity and sensitivity in handling company confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, business operations or business planning
