Job Summary

The Byram Customer Service Representative, will support our patients by providing helpful information on products and services, provide informational literature when necessary, respond to customer concerns, and place supply orders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Performance - Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Quality Focus - Process patient orders, handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Skills - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Enterprise Resource System - Record and process patient orders using the Enterprise Resource System (ERP).

Qualifying Experience

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a patient service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Patient orders, handle patient complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Skills - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Enterprise Resource System - Record and process patient orders using the Enterprise Resource System (ERP).
