POSITION IS PART-TIME

SUMMARY : The Caesars Rewards Players Club Representative is responsible for enrolling all new players in the Players Club and giving proper instruction on card usage and benefits of the membership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enroll all players that are 21 or over in the Caesars Rewards Players Club.
• Responsible for understanding Caesars Rewards Players Club enrollment policies and procedures, as well as input policies, duplicate card policies and lost card policies.
• Must be aware of property events and promotions.
• Must be well versed in property casino floor, games, restaurants, hotel amenities, and layout of property for guest inquiries.
• Must be able to multi-task, and support decisions of management.
• Must be available for scheduled work.
• Must exhibit the Family Service model at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates degree or equivalent; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years old.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, required. Works with Player Database.
