Position Summary

The Campaign Manager, Communication Experience Delivery (CED) is responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of requests for multiple Regulated Markets (Med-D) programs supported within CED Content Management. Responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, direct supervision of a staff of approximately 4-5 associates, business analysis, project management, scheduling, and status/metrics reporting. Employee development is a critical component of this position. Additional responsibilities may include interdepartmental process improvement and other special projects as required. This position will develop and maintain effective relationships with Regulated Markets, IT, and Program Management. Individual will identify and implement process improvements and develop or improve tools to complete group deliverables in a more accurate and efficient manner.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and develop a team of 4+ employees, ensuring all program requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. Act as the primary contact for Regulated Markets business partners and CED management. Formulate plans for individual staff workload and continued employee development.
  • Analyze, develop, and document critical Regulated Markets program production strategies/processes. Manage all program communication requirements with impacted functional areas.
  • Develop, monitor and report on program production for Content Management metrics to ensure accurate and timely completion of requests. Summarize the results and share with cross functional teams as necessary.
  • Develop relationships with Regulated Markets, IT, and Program Management.
  • Manage special projects as required (e.g., Alternate Language requirements; new Med-D launches or requirement changes).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop/enhance tools to assist in the work deliverables.
  • Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, provide feedback and oversee resolution of employee relation's issues. Mentor employees and support career development

Primary Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 5 years project management or related experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; supervisory experience
  • Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience. Moderate data base understanding in order to run/create SQL statements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet program and CMS deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations and documentation.
  • Able to work towards specific deliverables within tight deadlines among multiple programs.
  • Ability to handle complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions.
  • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred. Understanding of HIPAA and Med-D requirements a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
    Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, the Internet and data querying. Knowledge of ESI's internal composition systems a plus.
  • Composition and/or print production background in the Direct Mail or print industry is a plus.
