Job Summary:

This role is responsible for updating forecast and budget data by Legal Entity in local currency for all pillars based on specific business knowledge, and for forecast loading in the system for the North American legal entities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides regional FP&A support and geographical focus, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for the region across pillars/functions
  • Provides the Budget / Forecast analysis and proposal to FP&A owner, supports the regional FP&A Business Partners and regional Sales Support teams by consulting on market and business trends as a prerequisite for creating a meaningful and high-quality budget and forecast data
  • Supports the centralized financial forecast and budget processes across the North American legal entities including financial system uploading and validating in Anaplan and related systems.
  • Ensures data accuracy and consistency in the planning and reporting systems across the North American entities
  • Analyzes North American financial results across all functions and P&L line items, explaining variances and drivers that will support business decision-making.
  • Drives standardization and efficiency of self-service tools and drives adoption and utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business knowledge to drive insightful and high-quality forecast/budget data
  • Serves as the go-to person for pillar FP&A teams in case of regional questions
  • Partners with FP&A Business Partners teams (advisor and challenger)
  • Establishes and maintains 18 months rolling and forecast
  • Performs and reports Price Volume Mix analysis (based on central tools in use)
  • Publishes local P&L reports (approved and authorized by reporting COE)
  • Partners with local Sales Operations for retail data and commercial analytics

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 2+ years of Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Experience
