What you will do
Under general supervision of the Supervisor, responsible for driving productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers.



How you will do it



  • Manages a support request queue daily by ensuring the branch requests are completed accurately and within a timely fashion from the time of submission.

  • Ensures that support requests contain all required information, both in describing the customer's issues and all required information has been provided.

  • Provides clear and concise communication, both in requests for additional information as well as the solution that was provided.

  • Manages an internal email box by completing work on both daily and weekly reporting. While also responding to any emails received in a timely fashion.

  • Completes data governance/management related tasks such as but not limited to reviewing recently created asset records and site accounts for duplication.

  • Addresses any duplicate records that were found with the appropriate party and provides clear communication of the resolution steps that were taken.

  • Uses and assists in developing documentation, job aids, knowledge articles, etc to provide first contact resolution whenever possible.

  • Ensure that management is made aware of reoccurring incidents when there is a process failure so that a resolution can be found quickly or communication can be sent to our customers.

  • Work with other team members to cross train in areas of expertise in order to achieve better support staffing requirements.

  • Provide training in areas of expertise when there is a need based on high levels of support requests.

  • Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


What we look for



Required



  • Minimum of one year of service industry experience.

  • Must have the ability to work independently and demonstrated solid organizational skills.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients, while positively representing Johnson Controls.

  • Must have the ability to prioritize work while simultaneously handling a number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Must be customer oriented and highly task driven.

  • Possess basic accounting principles and business knowledge.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (excel, word), NxGen and SalesForce.

Bachelors degree preferred
