As a Change, Release and Deployment Manager, you will be a key player in providing ITIL best practice service management process consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level for the Takedas environment.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Defines, establishes and maintain Global IT Service Management Core Processes based in ITIL best practice.
  • Serves as Service Management Process owner and subject matter expert for the following processes :
    • Change Management
    • Release and Deployment Management
  • Support other Service Management Process and manage process integration to enable Integrated Service Management model.
  • Leads the implementation and adherence of the set of ITSM Processes globally.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Defines and monitors process KPIs to identify risks and issues.
  • Oversees implementation, coaching and monitoring adherence of ITSM Processes globally.
  • Establishes the process definition plan, identify the reviewers and process sign-off mechanism.
  • Initiates and maintains a process compliance training program for IT internal resources as well as service provider(s) staff by working with IT training team.
  • Provides proper hand-holding of the processes to service delivery/operation team (including Service Providers).
  • Manages the relationship with other IT teams to be able to operate end to end services with customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzes both Process and Service performance to provide inputs for build actions and/or decision making.
  • Leads ITIL maturity audits and provides recommendations to ensure continual improvement. Drives continual process improvement.
  • Collaborates with both Service Integration team and ServiceNow Platform team for improvement.
  • Being as backup when other Service Management process owners are unavailable to continue business operations.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant systems experience.
  • 7+ years of information systems experience in multiple areas of IT.
  • 3+ years of global project leadership and execution.
  • ITIL accredited.
  • Experience of managing outsourced service providers.
  • Ability to work comfortably and diplomatically across departments within a large international corporate environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including, managers and staff.
  • Ability to partner effectively on cross-functional projects or teams.
  • Ability to adapt across multiple functions including internal and external teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
  • Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing services delivery, including support during IT integrations and divestitures.
  • Demonstrated skills/results in the following: Communications and Accomplishing results through others.
  • Business knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
