Overview
Responsible for facilitating and monitoring the CMMS Document Management and Change Control process from change proposal through release of documentation. Responsible for facilitating training assignments for CMMS documentation and for serving as point of intake for Internal Customer Feedback.
Responsibilities
Serve as intake and prescreening point for all change proposals
Work with process owners and/or change requestors as needed to help them correctly navigate the change control process
Schedule and facilitate weekly Change Oversight Team (COT) meetings; ensure that all COT meeting requirements are met
Generate and publish COT meeting agendas and minutes
Review and monitor change objects in PLM for compliance with CMMS requirements
Manage and track changes through the PLM routing workflows until the documents are published and released
Manage PLM permissions
Serve as PLM subject matter expert;
Develop and maintain a broad understanding of Cook Medical structure; roles and responsibilities; and interactions
Perform technical editing and document structuring on CMMS docs Liaise with change specialists and/or change analysts embedded in the divisions and operational units to ensure consistency of approach and adequacy of procedural controls
Create learning objects and assign learners to CMMS document training in Cook Learn
Serve as point of intake for internal customer feedback; assign feedback
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others
throughout various levels of the global organization
Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
Must have effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and
independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situationsQualifications
Bachelors Degree required
Document control experience helpful
Technical editing experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc.
Works under general office environmental conditions
Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, carry, feel or touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hearOptions
