Responsible for supporting the planning, implementing and overseeing of marketing strategies for different sales channels as well as distribution partners across PIIs Emerging Markets in Asia. Support the VP of Channel Marketing and the overall marketing and digital function with



Design of a Multi-channels marketing strategy Development of tactics and incentives Creation and management of marketing material and sales arguments assuring stakeholders results aligned with countrys executional KPIs being the firstpoint of Marketing / Digital contact (geographical point of view) and connect the right resources to support the countries (when outside the remit of Channel Marketing)





Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for supporting the planning, implementing and co-delivery of marketing strategies for different sales channels and or marketing organizations in countryacross PIIs Emerging Markets, this role will be responsible for:





Channel Marketing:



  • Design and delivery of new sources & methodologies of developing leads for LPs, TPDs + Direct models that are linked to New Business KPIs for countries

  • Create the right sales arguments, training material for the targeted customer personas

  • Curate lead generation campaigns focused on proper funnel generation and management to achieve measurable results around referrals, cross-sell, persistency, conversion.

  • Ensuring our content and activities to drive sales is focused on the value our products deliver which is measured through sales activation KPIs (contact, conversion Persistency, Upsell and Cross-sell)

  • Participate in the design of pilot tests and prototypes (throughout specific methodologies such as Design Thinking), play an active role in the innovation development process

  • Ensure data and digital thinking is in the core of our delivery and we are collaborating with our peers to deliver outcomes that are aligned and utilize our PII Marketing and Digital assets


Go-To-Market Support:



  • Support the design and execution of GTM plans where EM teams take the lead of strategic initiatives and value is beyond one country.

  • Support the development of customer propositions through research, market scan and in-depth research with distributors/customers.

  • Help in creation of pilot tests and sandbox approaches to assess market reaction and real opportunity.

  • Co-create and develop segment driven propositions by developing value and experience based on customer personas.

  • Support and step in for end to end execution and designing the GTM plan for careful execution through a thorough cadence and leadership guidance.

  • Overall, think digital and how our processes and recommendations can be deployed with a digital lens and collaborate with our digital / tech teams to deliver solutions that are endorsed.


Cross Collaboration:



  • Exceptionally high collaboration and partnership skills within teams and stakeholders.

  • Support the design and execution of GTM plans where EM teams take the lead of strategic initiatives and value is beyond one country.

  • Support strengthening of relationship with strategic EM and local Newark/Singapore partners

  • Support the continuous exchange of best practices, learning and information across PII EM teams


Country Relationships:



  • Act a relationship manager and liaison between country marketing heads and EM teams

  • The role requires that meaningful relationships be established for concrete initiatives that are both strategic and vital to the overall EM strategy and countrys individual objectives respectively.

  • Establish positive and trusted partnerships with key contacts responsible for these initiatives to drive execution confidence and subject matter expertise.





Key Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 7+ years of Marketing experience in internet enabled businesses, Insurance, Banking, etc.

  • Successful track record of leading projects and teams, with a demonstrated ability to flex between strategy and tactic

  • Excellent data management and Microsoft suite skill set

  • Ability to drive the ideation, design and delivery of marketing solutions in close collaboration with a range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales across multiple international locations

  • Strong customer focus and should be able to collaborate with users and customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into marketing requirements

  • Experienced in customer acquisition, customer retention and customer management preferred.

  • Experienced in distribution or close collaboration with sales channels with outcome driven KPIs is preferred.

  • Knowledge of insurance sales processes and mobile sales tools/applications desired

  • Excellent writing skills; strong oral communications and presentation skills

  • High collaborative skills and ability to interface across organizational levels and cultures

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, fast-paced environment

  • International experience with language abilities in Mandarin, Bahasa preferred

  • Ability to travel to various PII markets (when the travel restrictions ease)

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $113,400-153,400X + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
