**Description:**



This Client Associate (CA) role is an integral part of our teams effort to deliver extraordinary service and support to our clients. The CAs mastery of the administrative aspects of client onboarding and investment management is critical to the success of our team. For established clients and their other professional advisors, the CA will often serve as the most frequent point of contact with the team. In the capacity of CA on our team, this person will be responsible for banking services for our high net worth clients. This will include working with clients to open and manage checking accounts and credit cards and assisting with lending products including mortgages.



Musgrave Dunn & Associates is a team of advisors within Merrill Lynch Wealth Management which provides financial planning and investment management services to 180 high net worth families and entities throughout the United States. Musgrave Dunn & Associates manages over $800 million of our clients wealth.



**Duties and Responsibilities:**



+ Frequently interact with high net worth families and their professional advisors to identify and meet service needs and concerns

+ Deliver a strong overall client experience

+ Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of banking suite of products available to clients

+ Develop and nurture banking relationships with existing and new clients

+ Work and collaborate with a multi-person team

+ Learn and develop skills in all facets of the financial planning and investment management business

+ Maintain and enhance knowledge through continuing education and development



**Required Skills**



+ Undergraduate Degree Preferred

+ Minimum of 1 year of professional or relevant internship experience required

+ If Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 licenses are not currently held, must be obtained within a specified timeframe

+ Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies & procedures

+ Strong client service and technical skills (MS Word & Excel)

+ Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills

+ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once in a fast paced environment
