The successful OCIO Client Executive candidate must have demonstrated ability managing investment activity from a client mindset. The OCIO Client Executive will serve as an extension of client staff and be the primary, single-point of contact for several Not-For-Profit (NFP) clients. This person must be able to identify, articulate and advocate client investment needs with internal investment teams. Specific responsibilities include 1) managing investment and governance activity, 2) ensuring portfolios are positioned appropriately and in line with investment policy statements, and 3) inspiring client confidence that their needs will not only be met, but also exceeded. In addition, this person will coordinate activity with the client service team that handles onboarding, reporting, investment performance analytics and billing.
This position reports to the managing director, Head of Client Engagement. He/she must have a demonstrated record of interfacing with NFP clients and ability to communicate NFP investment concepts in a clear, concise and convincing manner. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

This role will be central in terms of retaining and expanding SSGA's OCIO NFP book of business which is a strategic priority. The OCIO Client Executive will be part of SSGA's Investment Solutions Group ("ISG"). ISG's range of services include asset liability modeling, asset allocation recommendations, open-architecture manager research, ongoing portfolio management including rebalancing and liquidity management, overlay hedging, reporting, audit support and trustee education.
