Job Summary:

The Clinical Affairs Manager, Endodontics and Imaging will execute the overall education strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Platform Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the Clinical Education Endodontic and Imaging Platform Lead throughout the Integrated Business Planning process
  • Develops CE Strategy for the brand with a tactical execution plan that includes budget recommendation, KOL Strategy, Course/Curriculum options, digital and live training menus
  • Collaborates with Brand Endodontic and Imaging Platform Partners to develop and execute an educational strategy that is consistent with brand objectives
  • Collaborates with Global Partners to design educational curriculum to ensure all educational assets meet US CCO Brand Strategy
  • Serves as primary Clinical Education IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Lead
  • Delivers go-to-market strategy for brand area of responsibility
  • Develops education strategies in support of new product launch initiatives and provides assets for training KOLs and
  • Develops, manages, and forecasts CE Endodontics and Imaging Platform budget; provides a monthly summary to brand and sales partners
  • Partners with CE Department Analyst to measure and track identified KPIs including course evaluations, attendance, cost/program, pre & post program business growth, etc. for Endodontics and Imaging business
  • Identifies annual KPIs and develops an appropriate dashboard to measure and track performance; provides monthly/quarterly summary to Brand and Sales Partners
  • Evaluates KOLs based on Dentsply Sirona's strategic needs in order to drive the business forward
  • Collaborates with Digital Academy Manager, Charlotte Academy Manager, and Clinical Affairs Manager counterparts to build a comprehensive portfolio of world-class educational programs that are aligned with go-to-market strategy
  • Partners with platform sales trainers to develop product training competencies that span from new hire on-boarding and advanced product training
  • Assists in joint business planning with relative key Associations and Business Partners
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods and recruitment of new KOLs; utilizes the DS globally approved KOL selection process and FMV (Fair Market Value) criteria
  • Engages and provides KOL Training based on brand initiatives and needs that support the goals and objectives of cross-functional partners
  • Provides KOL training materials for the US CCO in collaboration with the Global Endodontic and Imaging Brand Partners
  • Executes Educational Association/Trade Show Strategy as directed and approved by RCO
  • Position requires travel

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 3+ years of Professional Sales or marketing experience required
  • Dental or related healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred
  • Teaching experience utilizing adult learning techniques preferred
  • KOL management in related industries preferred
  • CVENT Platform experience preferred

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft products (Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, ONE Note, etc.)
