Act as an owner of business operation partner as well as a thought leader to drive new business model support in commercial team and innovative changes

key responsibility:

Support Planning of Strategic Initiatives and Other Ad-hoc Analysis

• Act as a thought contributor, support market opportunity assessment and strategic planning work in commercial strategy design of multiple channel enlargement and key projects acceleration
• Be responsible for creating comprehensive and analytical PPT reports supporting business development and plan execution
• Support Sr. Sales Force Effectiveness Managers in building analytical models and other ad-hoc data analysis.

Partner to Support Business Operation

• Take ownership of operation process, e.g., HCO & Account selection, quota setting & adjustment
• Take lead of presentations in business meetings and independently communicate with business stakeholders (e.g., commercial head etc.)
• Support continuous operation efficiency improvement through insightful diagnosis, analysis and recommendation

Engage in new business model smooth execution under commercial team

• Drive new model pilot of Lilly brands in multiple channel success and NRNDL brands acceleration
• Drive innovation of commercialization and excellence of productivity, provide business insights and recommendations to enhance business value
• Manage business health check of commercial model and key project implementation (e.g., metrics design, report automation, operation guideline drafting and communication etc.)
