Come join our team in our newly remodeled facility! Viewcrest Health Center is a 92 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located just off of Piedmont Ave in Duluth.

TheCNA in training assists the NARs and Nurses with the residents. Basic Aide Training will be provided.

. Physical Requirements:

• Good physical and mental health.




• *Able to walk, stand or sit for 4-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.




• *Able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, reach above shoulders and push/pull frequently.




• *Able to lift, carry, push and pull 50 pounds.




• *Able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds with assistance.




• *Walks and stands much of the day.




• *Exposed to strain in lifting, moving and supporting residents.




• *Exposed to infection.




• Additional hours may be required to meet the business needs of the facility to ensure safe resident care, at the discretion of management, overtime maybe required.

• *Able to read, write and understand verbal communication.




• *Maintains a clean, well-groomed appearance.




• *Displays initiative in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks. Understands and demonstrates teamwork.

*Demonstrates a positive attitude and cooperation in dealing with all residents, staff and visitors.
