About the Role:
We are looking for a Commissioned Bank Examiner/Risk Specialist to serve as the Central Point of Contact (CPC) for a bank holding company (BHC) with assets between $10-100 billion (regional bank or RBO). Your primary responsibilities include leading the annual BHC inspection, performing continuous monitoring and serving as primary contact between FRB Dallas and institution management. Our team of seven examiners is also responsible for supervising a large RBO state member bank (SMB) and a BHC with assets of approximately $9 billion. As time allows, you may lead a nd participate in supervisory events within our team and across the RBO portfolio.
You will also contribute to the Fede ral Reserve System, Reserve Bank, and Departmental initiatives by participating on committees, projects, and training. Activities will be accomplished by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. We prefer you be based in Dallas, TX, but will consider remote work arrangements. The Central Point of Contact designation generally does not exceed five years to help ensure supervisory independence. The CPC may rotate out of the role but retains position on the supervisory team and continues reporting to this hiring manager.
