Royal Credit Union is looking for a Compliance-Risk Management Specialist who is ready to be a key contributor to the development and execution of Royals compliance and risk management programs. As a Compliance-Risk Management Specialist you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to provide guidance and consultation on a wide variety of topics to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. You will also lead other department leaders across the organization through Royals vendor management and business continuity processes. This position will also serve as a compliance and risk management resource for a variety of projects led by other departments, and will assist in the establishment of an enterprise risk management program.

Description:
Under the direction of the Corporate Risk Manager, Royal's Compliance-Risk Management Specialists are responsible for all aspects of compliance including research, recommendations, implementation, training and maintenance of compliance/risk management programs. They maintain compliance/risk management programs to document and monitor current processes and keep up to date with regard to Royal Credit Union practices. Also, they review new regulations as they are proposed or revised to interpret changes required to existing Royal Credit Union policy, procedure or documentation. In cooperation with the Corporate Risk Manager or designee, recommend and implement changes as necessary to be in full compliance. Lastly, they participate in the development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management process and Enterprise Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
Work Schedule:
This is a full time, exempt level position.Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
