        Coke Florida is looking for a Contract District Sales Manager based out of our Orlando location. The Contract District Sales Manager will manage accounts in Orlando, Ft. Pierce, Palm Beach and Daytona markets.

        What You Will Do:

        The Contract District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for identifying and maximizing opportunities with customers. The DSM develops and successfully sells customer business plans and promotional plans that align with and support the customer's and the Coca-Cola Beverages Florida system's business objectives and strategies. Our goal is to maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexities of the customer's business and by building enduring relationships penetrating multiple levels within the customer's organization. As always, relationships should be built on a foundation of trust and integrity which are core values inherent within Coke Florida's culture.

        Roles and Responsibilities:

        • Assist in collaborative development with local/regional customers a yearly or multiyear price/package plan that generates desired results for both Customer and the Coke Florida system.
        • Assist in the development of RFPs for new or existing customers.
        • Collaborate with Business Partners (PGM, Marketing, Finance), working as the CPA liaison, to develop programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives for local/regional customers.
        • Assist the Sales Team in negotiating contracts for new business and renegotiate contracts for existing business.
        • Assist in identifying and developing core talent, including stewardship of the Talent Management Review at the Sales Account Manager level.
        • Assist District Sales Managers in commercial capabilities such as contracts, and freestyle - while ensuring a culture of learning and development exists throughout the selling organization

        For this role, you will need:

        • Prior Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Account Management experience
        • Experience influencing effective negotiation and selling with large customers
        • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
        • Must have current vehicle liability insurance
        • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
        • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.

        Prior Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

        • Food Service On Premise (FSOP), Alternative Route-To-Market (ARTM), Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
        • Strong communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring, Training)
