About the Certificate in Quantitative Finance Program:

The Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) is a flagship professional qualification delivered exclusively by Fitch Learning. Role Purpose

We are looking to expand our winning team through the addition of a bright, driven salesperson who will share our enthusiasm for the CQF and can live up to our tag line: "a passion to deliver."

The purpose of this role is to drive enrollments into the CQF program throughout North and South America and to achieve significant year-over-year growth. This is primarily a B2C role that reports to the CQF Head of Business.

Role Responsibilities

As a CQF Learning Manager, you will 1) sell to warm leads that have been passed to you by the CQF Marketing team, and 2) develop new business opportunities outside of your lead pipeline. You will engage with our potential customers over the telephone, video conference and email, talking them through the CQF program, answering any questions they have, and ultimately inspiring and motivating them to join the CQF program.

Your specific responsibilities will be:

  • Achieving year on year enrollment and sales growth
  • Managing and growing your sales pipeline, primarily through phone sales
  • Undertake targeted outbound telesales campaigns
  • Driving attendance in CQF online and in-person information sessions, and leverage those sessions for sales growth
  • Building strong, value-added relationships with CQF Alumni to source additional industry contacts and sales opportunities
  • Business Development- prospect for likely CQF program delegates beyond your assigned leads
  • Attending industry events and conferences as required, including CQF information sessions
  • Tracking progress on relevant IT and CRM systems and provide accurate and timely reports

Role Requirements

  • Ability to sell complex solutions to a range of financial services professionals/aspiring professionals
  • Experience selling either "off the shelf" qualifications or training/education to individuals or corporate clients
  • Experience selling directly to line and business functions
  • History of working within a commercially targeted environment with explicit revenue targets
  • Ability to sell in a high volume, metrics-driven environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and written and spoken English
  • Excellent lead management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • General fluency around key finance industry concepts
