**Job Description:**



This is a key position in Marketing Measurement, supporting attribution across multiple channels and lines of business, with a focus on driving growth and cost savings through modeling, simulations and analysis, and optimizations. This role will build relationships and have impacts with teams throughout the internal matrix and across multiple external partnerships. Ideal candidates will be highly quantitative, pragmatic, and comfortable with uncertainty; excellent communication and prioritization skills are essential. As this is a senior role, candidates are expected to see beyond surface-level findings and elucidate key drivers, seamlessly translation between technical approaches and business levers, and anticipate partners next questions and underlying needs.



**Primary Responsibilities:**



+ Thoroughly and deeply understand marketing attribution tools available, in-use, and under consideration at Bank of America

+ Balance ongoing support and continuous improvement of incremental marketing measurement models and analyses

+ Drive insights and proactive business decisions related to improving marketing efficiency across products, channels, segments, and short-term/long-term goals

+ Leverage a variety of quantitative approaches to identify new insights and resolve gaps in existing knowledge base

+ Partner with other analytics and measurement teams to integrate valuation and measurement insights into an overall perspective on marketing effectiveness

+ Relationship management and stakeholder communication across analytics teams, vendors, business partners, and leadership



**Qualifications:**



+ 10+ yrs of related experience

+ Familiarity with marketing data, including paid and owned advertising techniques (e.g., targetable vs. mass; push vs. pull; identifiable touches vs. walled gardens)

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including organizing and prioritizing work to meet tight and sometimes dynamic deadlines

+ Direct or indirect leadership experience in support of quantitative colleagues and vendor/project management

+ Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred with background or equivalent experience in Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or Computer Science
