We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate at our main office in west Omaha to provide independent office support assistance. The Customer Care Associate will support our operations and sales departments by handling a full range of clerical duties. You'll spend much of your day scanning and organizing documentation so it can be easily accessed and retained. You'll also handle inbound & outbound mail duties and office supply inventory & ordering. At times, you'll fill-in as the receptionist where you will welcome and assist both employees and visitors in person or on the phone. You'll develop an excellent knowledge of the company products and programs we offer, then use that knowledge to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers. We're looking for a positive team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who enjoys providing office and customer support.

Essential & Primary Job Duties

  • Provides office support through various clerical duties such as scanning, filing, copying, printing, etc.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail; Collects and sends outgoing mail.
  • Track and order office supply inventory.
  • Greets and directs on-site visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Communicates to appropriate parties all messages, visitors, materials, etc.
  • Promotes a professional image of the company at all times and is knowledgeable about the services NMC provides.
  • Contributes to the team effort by providing administrative services support.
  • Other duties as needed.
