Our Sales Supervisors help us deliver on this purpose by supporting our customers and field locations at our full service National Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service and termite billing/claims teams.
Sales Supervisors will work to improve sales performance by optimizing training and the callers in-call sales experience to enhance a best in class call center sales team. The Opportunity:
The successful Sales Supervisor will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
- Maintain a work environment that fosters a satisfied and engaged workforce that achieves the budgeted sales plan
- Recognize excellent performance and behaviors at every opportunity to motivate call center agents to achieve their performance goals
- Assist in the delivery and successful completion of all training programs
- Assist in the formulation of sales targets for individual agents and teams
- Partner with other departments to find opportunities and efficiencies along the sales process
- Monitor phone calls daily from agents to assure compliance with the Conversational Sales Flow model and rate card pricing and scheduling guidelines
- Assist with sales and/ or customer service calls during peak times
- Collaborate with sales managers on agent coaching to increase agent and overall center productivity
- Assign tasks to support personnel and monitor work output
