YOUR ROLE

  • Acts as company representative to customers through email and telephone.
  • Receives, edits, and processes incoming customer orders, correspondence, and inputs accurate customer records.
  • Responsible for researching billing errors, invoice failures, and creating credits/debits when necessary.
  • Identifies and request cross-functional resources, such as supply chain functions, accounting, and manufacturing, to successfully address customer needs as appropriate.
  • Responsible to process customer returns and enters complaints.
  • Reviews, evaluates, and addresses customer inquiries in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Oversees and validates team members' accuracy of customer records on SAP system.
  • Follow well defined and documented systems, related instructions, and operational procedures.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma/GED with significant demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
  • SAP experience preferred or equivalent experience and MS Office.
  • Manage ownership of assigned accounts.
  • Performs job responsibilities under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform independent judgment, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written correspondence with internal and external customers.
