A Day in the Life

Operational Planning and Integration Manager supports the creation and successful implementation of solutions and tools across Customer Care organization within overall company Offer to Cash transformation strategy in Western Europe region.

The job will involve working closely with multiple internal stakeholders incl. IT, Regional Offices, Quality, Reporting as well as 3rd party vendor responsible for executing Customer Care operations. To support this tasks Operational Planning and Integration Manager is responsible for managing team of 3 to 6 specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate, and support implementation of effective planning tools for routine use in the Customer Care Teams

  • Implement control mechanisms to properly manage daily performance of operational teams.

  • Lead and support preparation of forecasting data related to Customer Care operations

  • Supervise and lead constant analysis of processes trends & deviations in comparison to forecasts.

  • Lead meetings with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure planning is being properly executed

  • Ensure that implemented solutions and tools are properly integrated within operations and processes

  • Support business case preparation and evaluation for newly proposed tools

  • Support process automation initiatives

  • Liaise with internal and extrema; stakeholders to lead and support execution f short-mid-long term automation strategy

  • Support performance management, with usage of KPI's to track progress, monitoring actual performance versus expected target

  • Propose process improvements and optimizations based on data analyses

  • Coordinate Customer Care operations during crisis/critical issue situations

    Must Haves

  • Bachelors/Master's degree

  • Experience with data governance, master data management, data management implementations

  • Experience in building forecasting models & dashboards

  • Experience in process automations

  • Proven track records in managing complex projects

  • Good problem-solving skills,

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to generate operational insights

  • High analytical skills

  • Proven ability to think strategically

  • Fluent in English

  • High level of MS Excel

  • Proven ability to make and implement decisions

  • Prior team management experience

  • Experience creating KPI's and formal leadership reporting

  • Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP

  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change

    Nice to Haves

  • Experience in an international company/environment, ideally in the medical device industry
