Vector Security Networks is hiring for a Customer Service Representative located in Gainesville, VA. The Customer Service Representative is an important connection to our customers before, during and after the sale. This open position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your high level of world class customer service and professionalism to an extensive range of customers.The Customer Service Representative needs to be customer-focused, someone who exhibits impeccableprofessionalism with both internal and external customer interactions. They do theirown share of work and show respect for others' ideas and work.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming calls and answer questions regarding service and post installation support

  • Check to ensure action was taken to resolve customers' issues.

  • Record customer interactions/resolutions/details of complaint in computer system.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
