The Fulfillment Reporting Team is part of the Global Data & Analytics (GD&A) organization. GD&A was established as a dynamic, growth focused department accountable for delivering advanced insights, rooted in data intelligence, that measure the value our products are providing to existing clients and inform market and sales distribution strategies.

The Fulfillment team is responsible for:

  • Creation of standard and custom reporting for clients, brokers, sales, and other partners.
  • Lead projects based on reporting needs as new products are released.
  • HIPAA and policy/procedure workflow management.
  • Knowledge of multiple Evernorth products and systems and the ability to provide custom reporting for each.

This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.


  • Develop, assess monitor and execute phases of the data analysis process.
  • Provide comprehensive consultation to business partners throughout the life cycle of a request (document business/technical requirements, create/execute test cases, and facilitate programs from beginning to end).
  • Perform routine and adhoc (Drill-Down) analysis as it relates operational trending and quality processes.
  • Manage the reporting request queue, communicate with requestors and team members and document all new requests.
  • Become a subject matter expert on various Evernorth products.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Health Data experience preferred.
  • Intermediate level expertise in the use of relational database concepts with the ability to write programs/code to perform queries on data and retrieve data from multiple tables/sources via SAS, Excel and SQL is required.
  • Proven experience in interpreting and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to present technical information to a varied audience and lead meetings when necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,100 - 120,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
