An opportunity exists for the position of Business Analyst within the OTC derivatives on boarding & Change Management team. The Derivatives on boarding & Change team is responsible for new business integration & Change Management for the Derivatives Centre of excellence throughout North America. This team is also responsible for supporting, reporting and providing status updates around the continuous operating model and STP improvements across the lifecycle of derivatives servicing, from trade management through to accounting, pricing and reconciliation. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of related financial services experience.

What you will be responsible for
As a Derivatives Onboarding Specialist- Senior Associate you will
Provide product expertise for the Centre of excellence. Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of overall process and operating models
Collaborate, support Onboarding leads & teams to successfully implement key New Business wins, client change requests and Derivatives Strategic Automation Initiatives.
Encourage suggestions for, and implementation of, continuous improvements to core products and services
Help others adapt to new values, attitudes, norms and behaviours that support new ways of doing work and limiting risk
Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance
Collaborate and support with internal and external groups to identify, analyse and proactively resolve issues
Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
3 years of related financial services experience
Solid understanding of the GL Operating Model (DHUB)
Solid understanding of operational functions within middle and back office Derivative Operations.
Understanding of OTC Derivatives Product Knowledge
Understanding of client on-boarding and/or large project implementation experience
Understanding of Change Management
Additional requirements
Ability to evaluate and analyse complex data
Experience in documentation of Operational processes
Experience with project management methodology
Strong analytical and solid time management skills, able to prioritize
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team Player with can-do attitude
