As part of the global products team, the Digital Content Marketing Manager will run the day-to-day content marketing initiatives for PACs lab and process product portfolio. This role is responsible for the creation of content marketing assets that generate awareness, consideration, and purchase including downloadable content, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, guides, sales decks, case studies, blogs etc. The Digital Content Marketing Manager will be experienced enough to take full responsibility for our digital content generation strategy and execution through internal and external content generation team; meeting the demands of our Inbound Marketing initiatives.


The Digital Content Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Product Strategy & Marketing and a cross-functional global team including inbound marketing, sales, and engineering R&D. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a fast-paced, multi-channel marketing department and have proven success managing complex, content-rich marketing deliverables with multiple stakeholders from start to finish and shown capability to bring innovative ideas to life and create results.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manages the creation of digital content marketing deliverables including white papers, eBooks, infographics, guides, sales decks, case studies, video scripts, blog posts, web copy, and sales collateral

  • Develops compelling content to attract and engage site visitors through search, social media, and e-newsletter subscribers

  • Serves as the editorial lead for the digital contents and ensures consistent brand voice

  • Partners with internal and external digital animation, video and graphics team to create content assets in a variety of visually compelling formats

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for modern digital content generation in B2B setup

  • Conducting customer, competitor, and market research to elevate the return on our investment in digital content generation and keep them fresh

PROJECT MANAGEMENT


  • Manages the ongoing content marketing initiatives including planning, execution, and delivery of all digital content resources

  • Establishes and manages a workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring contents

  • Manages and owns the Content Marketing Calendar

  • Flawlessly executes the creation of content marketing deliverables that are error-free, completed on time, and with exceptional quality

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience and our go-to-market growth strategy

  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics

STRATGEIC PLANNING


  • Plans and executes the content marketing experience in consultation with the leadership team

  • Can scope and ideate unique and engaging content marketing deliverables

  • Develop the investment strategy for global digital content generation and budget for the same; and ensure that the execution stays within the approved budget

  • Identifies and proposes innovative ways to improve PACs content marketing experience to engage our prospects and customers

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS


  • Excellent writer across a variety of long and short-form mediums

  • Strong ear of the market and the ability to translate the themes shaping our marketplace into PACs content marketing deliverables

  • Ability to edit writing from contractors, vendors and other staff

  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling content that engages customers

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment desired, with strong do it yourself work ethic. Youll work with a team but will need to be a self-starter on many projects

  • Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects hitting firm delivery deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts

  • Collaborative performer who enjoys working with a small, close-knit team

  • Working knowledge of inbound marketing best practices and on-page SEO

  • Familiarity with marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred) is a plus

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Marketing or another related field/s is desirable, but not essential

  • Experience is digital content generation in B2B setup and digital content generation SW is a plus

  • 5 years of experience in digital content generation and management within technology-oriented organization/s

  • Excellent oral, written, verbal interpersonal and presentation communication skills in English language. Must be fluent in English, bilingual or multilingual a plus.

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Efficient organizational and time management skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience is an advantage

  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products, persuasive PowerPoint presentation skills including the ability to explain technical and business topics to a wide variety of audience

  • Ability to design customer-centric experiences throughout customer decision journey via digital contents

Market Orientation:


  • Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies

Business Acumen:


  • Comfortable with business strategy, go to market strategy, tracking key performance indicators, understanding fundamental financial metrics

Technical Skills:


  • Ability to go deep on technology trends and road maps in digital content generation processes and tools

Soft Skills:


  • Ability to communicate with a diverse audience (especially in B2B set up) in an accessible and persuasive manner. Ability to influence change throughout the organization.

Enabler:


  • Innovation oriented. Comfortable with test-and-learn culture. Flexibility and open to disruptive concepts.

Other:


  • Travel: May require small amount of travel both domestic and international (50/50). Should not exceed 10%.
