T he Digital Customer Experience Manager will serve as a key member of the Marketing Team and will be accountable for shaping and executing the digital Customer experience strategy for Coke Florida, aiming to increase Customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty by growing awareness and engagement. The role will play a critical part in supporting new technology and digital initiatives/programs launched and work in collaboration across the commercial functions to deliver an exceptional Customer experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine product and service propositions for new digital initiatives
  • Work with Technology, Ops and other teams to execute project workstreams as part of the wider digital business
  • Serve as subject matter expert on any new digital program launched in support of enhancing the Customer Experience
  • Engage in strategic conversations and prioritization activities within the digital customer experience and loyalty space
  • Co-ordinate, plan, and drive execution against Customer engagement through the local channels available
  • Create structured business and engagement plans for digital programs
  • Manage relationship & brief partner agencies for specialized program support
  • Deliver and communicate Customer Engagement & Loyalty best practices, optimizing against KPIs and supporting the learning with quantitative and qualitative reporting
  • Ensure that all Brand Communications are in-compliance with Brand standards and aligned with our Corporate values
  • Be the gatekeeper for how the brand and digital programs show up on digital platforms.
  • Build meaningful and productive relationships with key stakeholders including The Coca-Cola Company, Monster Energy Company and BodyArmor, etc., in the delivery of digital program and customer engagement

Role Requirements:
  • 2 years Associate Degree or Equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ yrs. experience of marketing digital programs and products
  • Experienced with or able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of loyalty or CRM programs and the essential elements of their contribution to Customer Engagement
  • Experienced in planning, co-ordination and execution of campaigns and always-on initiatives, with excellent use of data for reporting and insight
  • Able to show success in meeting engagement targets across multiple customer segments or geographies
  • Can demonstrate the ability to form productive and appropriate relationships with colleagues, senior management and external partners
  • Effective verbal, written and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to navigate through ambiguity in a large, complex organization
