We are seeking a Digital MarketingSpecialistfor the Marketing Technology Department.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is accountable to translate the Marketing Technology Managers 1-2 year vision by understanding customer needs, effectively solving problems within the existing process and through execution of digital marketing campaign tactics. Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and quality of outputs, while maintaining channel integrity.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of digital marketing communications and digital content that supports the objectives of the marketing and business unit teams. This includes website content, promotional and transactional emails, online banking campaigns and other digital touchpoints.

The job incumbent is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes related to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.

  • Execute and deploy digital marketing campaigns approved through the Marketing Governance process, working closely with Campaign Managers in support of various business units

  • Provide counsel on best practices for website and email layouts and formatting

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to their applications

  • Act as lead for other assigned tasks involving situational response



  • 2+ years of digital marketing and campaign execution experience

  • 2+ years of experience with website content management systems

  • 2+ years of email development experience


  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget

  • Experience with Kentico CMS

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud



  • High School diploma or equivalent


  • 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
